Communication and Fraud

Data protection at Praxas

At Praxas, the security of your data is our top priority. Your loyalty card contains personal data.

How can you better protect your own data?

It is wise to change your password regularly. When doing so, avoid personal information or logical number sequences. Keep your password only for yourself.

If you have any questions or if you notice that your details have changed, you can always contact us at [email protected] or call +31 (0)76 50 40268. We will be happy to assist you.

What if you notice suspicious activity regarding your data?

Please report this to Praxas immediately. We will check with you immediately and make any adjustments to prevent fraud.

PRAXAS WARNS OF FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR

Please note that fraudulent emails are currently circulating that misuse Praxas' name and sometimes logo.

Please be alert when you receive such messages, as these are fraud attempts, also known as phishing. In particular, we are seeing an increase in email phishing. Do not open email attachments!

How do you recognise an email phishing attempt?

Phishing emails can appear very realistic by reproducing the Praxas brand. Pay attention to the sender, subject and content of the email. Do not click on suspicious links and do not share personal information such as your name, email address, bank details, etc.

Currently, emails are being sent from the name Petra Manley (Purchasing). This lady is not employed by Praxas.

What to do if you encounter fraud via email or phone?

Do not respond to suspicious requests or share personal details. Report suspected fraud to our customer service team.

What if you have been a victim of email or telephone fraud?

If you did share data and suspect fraud, block your bank account immediately and report it to the police.
