For a standard package within the Netherlands and Belgium you pay € 12.50 shipping costs. If your order consists of several packages there will be an additional charge. These will be calculated in advance and passed on to you.
For packages outside the Netherlands and Belgium, we always ask for the current transport prices from our carrier. These can fluctuate due to fluctuating fuel prices.
Pallet prices are requested at all times.
When a product is in stock and you order before 14:00h we will send it the same day. When it concerns a package shipment within the Netherlands or Belgium, the product usually reaches you the next working day.
If an order is sent outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time must be requested from the carrier. We always try to give the best possible indication of the delivery date on our order confirmation.
Pallet shipments take a minimum of 2 business days due to the pickup order and scheduling at the courier services.
When you pick up your order at our warehouse in Breda the transport costs will be dropped.
For a shipment outside the EU, additional documents may be required, such as customs forms or other export documents. We can arrange these papers for you for a fee.

We always ask new customers and customers who are not based in the Netherlands to pay in advance. You will receive a proforma invoice with a payment link, so you can easily transfer the money to us via Mollie Payments with Ideal or a credit card. If desired, you can also transfer the amount yourself in the way you find comfortable. The products will be shipped when we have received the money or when a payment confirmation is presented.
You will receive the invoice at the time the products are picked up by our courier service at the e-mail address you provided. If the billing address is different or additional information is required for the correct processing of the invoice, please provide us with this information in advance.
We may not be aware of the correct billing email address. You can send us an email or call us to provide us with the correct billing email address.
